MU’s Campus Master Plan is updated each year, creating flexibility to best support the mission and needs of the University.  Several complementary studies and plans are integrated into the Campus Master Plan effort, including an Infill Study to study best areas for compact growth that allow open space and new building spaces to successfully co-exist; a landscape master plan that guides the University and its consultants about holistic and sustainable design; and a carrying capacity that helps the University study best ways to improve space efficiency to create the best learning environments for its faculty, staff and students.
