St. Michael’s College Campus Master Plan
Colchester, Vermont
The master planning process was an opportunity to think broadly about the campus’ framework of open space, circulation, and environmental systems. The plan also articulates strategic goals for improving the relationships of academic, social, recreational, and spiritual dimensions of learning. During the extensive public planning process, the team provided programming site capacity studies for five buildings and comprehensive design guidelines for all campus districts. The master plan process included numerous meetings with campus leadership, faculty staff, and students, as well as meetings and work sessions with community stakeholders and neighborhood groups.
